– HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK? We are an agency and we work for the customer. The customer pays the supplier direct. The % agency fee is paid directly by the customer.        This ensures transparency, and the Agency will always act in the customer’s best interests.

– WHAT ARE THE MINIMUMS? The standard miniums are 100 pcs per style. However this can also depend on special fabric or print minimums.

– CAN YOU DO SIZES? Yes we have suppliers that can do sizes and also special size ranges. Such as plus, petite, tall and maternity.

– CAN WE BUY FROM SHOWROOMS WITH READY MADE STYLES? Yes. Many suppliers have extensive ranges, which are updated weekly. With up to the minute styles.

– CAN WE DO OUR OWN STYLES? Yes you can produce your own styles. 

– CAN WE DO SAMPLES? Yes we can do prototypes and some suppliers can work with producing wholesale sample ranges if required.

– HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE? The average lead time is 14 days. However that really depends on the product, the complexity of the garment, moment in the season, fabric stock availability or lead-time and component availability.

– WHAT ARE PAYMENT TERMS? / suppliers usually ask for a 30% deposit and then balance when goods are completed and approved for style colour and quality. Goods need to always be paid for in full before shipment.
